ALTERNATIVE EXTERMINATING  offers a wide variety of services. For general pests such as, ants, spiders, silverfish, crickets, etc., we provide QUARTERLY SERVICES, SEASONAL MONTHLY SERVICES, MONTHLY SERVICES, GREEN SERVICES, as well as ANNUAL and BI-ANNUAL services. TERMITES as well as other Wood Destroying Insects, are also prevalent in the Cape May and Atlantic County areas.   We therefore, offer TERMITE TREATMENTS which have a renewable TERMITE SERVICE CONTRACT. Each year if you choose to renew, we inspect your home to insure there is no new infestation. Please feel free to contact the office, at 609-465-9741,for details. We provide inspections for WOOD-DESTROYING insects including, Woodborers, Carpenter Ants, and Carpenter Bees. 

 

We offer IPM (Integrated Pest Management) services as well. These services are a combination of educating our customers on methods of trying to prevent problems as well as using minimal treatments and more natural treatments.

We can also evaluate your property to see if  Mosquito Control for your yard is possible. An inspection has to be done first. It is of utmost importance to us that there is no chance of encroachment into the neighboring yards. If you are interested, we encourage you to speak with your neighbors, they might be interested in a treatment as well. 

 

Our QUARTERLY services are every 3 months and there is no additional charge in between services for general pests. These services are usually for the inside of the property as well as the outside perimeter of the foundation.

 

The SEASONAL MONTHLY services usually begin around April and run through until September or October. These services are flexible so we can meet your individual needs. For example, some of our customers prefer we begin in March and have their last service of the season in September.

 

The MONTHLY SERVICES are, as you might guess, performed every month. The most effective treatment is for the inside of the home or business as well as the outside perimeter of the foundation.

 

Also offered are our GREEN SERVICES. Theses are services usins our GREEN PRODUCTS which are a natural based product. They use oils such as; Peppermint, Rosemary, Thyme, Eugenol (Clove), and Geraniol (extracted from Geranium Oil).  

We assess each home and try to customize your service to meet your need.

ALTERNATIVE EXTERMINATING also performs CERTIFICATIONS for REAL ESTATE PURCHASES as well as REFINANCING of homes.

 

If MOISTURE is a problem, we can install VENTS and VAPOR BARRIERS.
